memories!
i was doing a guided meditation for past lives, and i remembered walking around a lake and sitting on a bench with a dark skinned, blue haired angel. i couldnt see their face or remember their name, though
i figured i should post my main memories because i havent yet
my name was machiel. i was an abrahamic angel. i had white and brown wings, but mostly white. i think i had really long brown hair. i presented androgynously, and i think i was pronoun indifferent. i feel a very strong connection to deer, especially fawns. this could have been because i took care of fledgelings or at least hung out in the nursery with them a lot. fledgelings had dark grey wings until they were teenagers, when they molted and their real wing color showed. if you remember me, you can message me either here or @elli-yeet !!

shoutout to all my kin friends who
- feel like they cant be their kintype bc of their personality (”well, you don’t act like a dragon, how could you be dragonkin?”)
- feel like their kintype is “fake” or “invalid” bc of ways they act/present themselves (”you’re not vampirekin, you’re just listen to too much mcr. you’re going through your emo phase.”)
- have their kintype invalidated bc of stereotypes surrounding that kintype (”but you’re so dark!! so goth!! you never wear white flowy dresses!! how can you be angelkin??”)
- have their kintype invalidated bc of trauma (or lack thereof)
- have their kintype invalidated bc of their experiences with kin shifts/astral limbs/etc (or lack thereof)
- have their kintype invalidated bc of their sexuality/gender identity (”boys cant be faekin.”)
- have their kintype invalidated bc of mental illnesses/disorders they have (”so you’re kin with a demon… isnt that an autism thing?”)
- have their kintype invalidated bc of how “impossible” it is (”how are you kin with a fictional character? you know they dont actually exist right? theyre just something someone created!! if that thing was never created you realize you wouldnt be kin with it, right?”)
- really want to tell the people around them of their kin but cant, bc they know they just wouldnt understand (”okay… but how do you know you lived past lives?? i dont think you can just… remember things like that.”)
you guys are all so so valid!!! do NOT let people tell you otherwise!! and even if no one knows about your kin, we still recognize you and we know how hard it can be to tell people!! i love all of you guys, you’re all awesome!!
